We have held the Investors in People standard for 20 years.

Investors In People accreditations are globally recognised, making them a worldwide benchmark for people management. 

Our company is assessed every 3 years and we are evaluated on our standards of investing in people, wellbeing and apprentices.

We entered Investors In People at The Standard Award level, then increased to Bronze, then Silver and gained the Gold Award statues in 2022. We have proudly maintained the Gold Award standard ever since. 

Organizations that show a strong interest in investing in people’s wellbeing and demonstrate clear communication with their employees are granted The Gold Award.
